Front I/O USB 3 Header won't go into Mobo

Muffinator

Really need to get some help on this.

The USB 3 Header won't go into the slot.

It goes in a little bit but doesn't go in all the way.

HALP!

Aren't they slotted to go in one way? Try flipping it.

Yup, you can only put it in one way, flip and try. But if you forced it in the wrong way you could have bent a pin, look and check to see if they are all straight.

I slotted it the right way... It just won't go in.

Are any of the pins bent?

are there any bend pins on the motherboard connector? maybe that prevents the header from going all the way in?

Thanks for the input guys... My dad just gave it some force and it snapped in.

I will be posting more threads as this build goes probably.
