ROG board is a waste of money, get MSI Z97 G45 Gaming and put the money you save towards a better (better, not necessarily higher wattage) power supply.

 

Also, Noctua U14S over H60 any day.

looks good to me but i know people will say to downgrade to an i5 if just for gaming but the way i see it is better future proofing because in the future i am almost certain games will start using hyperthreading to boost performance a bit
