hahahaha i have 2x2 gb kingston + 2x2gb corsair in my pc (ddr2) and i havent had any problems so far. but your situation may differ because we have different mobos. just be careful not to use the same channel for two different dimms

If you have the option to avoid it, do. It adds another thing that can go wrong, but provided you pay attention to DRAM voltage, frequency, and timings it should usually be fine. And as mentioned above, make sure you're paying attention to your matching pairs for dual-channel purposes.
