Am really bad when it comes to CPU OC i suck.

But now am running on a Z87-GD65 mobo With an I5-4670K OCed to 4.2Ghz but i cannot lower the voltage more than 1.28 otherwise it crashes or someother stuff

Also i have the voltage at adapted (If it matters)

I tried using OCGenie but it made my PC run for sometime then like freeze :(

Is there a problem with my cpu?

what...is...Offcore -_-?

I sit when at 100% load at 60-71C MAX no more

i have the 212 EVO

I have no idea what offcore is, I just know that you should keep it a bit under your oncore clockspeed.

At least that was what people told me when I asked for advice on ocing my 4670k.

I once had one of these, now I've got this.

Airflow could be a factor in this...

CPU: Intel Core I74790k

4.2Ghz is actually not bad. Especially not at these temps. I get around 80°C with a H100i watercooling setup. It's just that some CPUs are better at overclocking and some are not.

I think you lost the silicon lottery.

Am sad for the Voltage many people do 4.4Ghz for 1.15V -_-

Yes my friend i truly have

Yeah, I doubt that. With that CPU 4.2GHz is normal OC. You must have mixed it with Haswell refresh which OC better anyway.
