Computer Lagging

takes like 30 seconds to show the tab when i right click on my desktop for e.g. to create a new folder, and on programs like steam i get mouse motion lag and when i fullscreen on youtube it does the same thing please tell me how to stop this lag

ermmm maybe youre using a raspberry pi? i noticed that was my issue when i questioned my issues :S awks

You might have been DDosed or overload it. Make sure to check your console for problems etc. Also make sure to get a cleaning software so you can remove all your bad & disturbing files on your computer. Last thing make sure everythings plugged in.
