I heard it was THE BEST video player setup and from what i see i can agree, however i have a slight problem

when ever i play a video in fullscreen my gpu boosts up to 70% power and goes up to 70c but its really weird cuz if im playing in a big window not fullscreen its normal (idle temperature normal power)

i used this tutorial

http://coalgirls.wakku.to/faq/playback/setup-guide-for-mpc-hc-madvr

don't want my fans roaring when playing fullscreen i can hear it through my headphones..

anyone know how to mess with settings  to tweak this down ?

using gtx 680.

Try turning off exclusive mode...

You might get some asynchronous audio though...

What GPU do you use?

Are you using DXVA2 or CUVID for hardware accel?

Im using Nvidia cuvid but i tried dxva2 and seems to still crankmy gpu up

and my gpu is gtx 680

I can try but i don't seem to find an option to turn it off ?

I use MPC with SVP

most people hate interpolated high framerates, but I like it for some stuff like cartoons and anime

INTEL CORE I5 4670K | NVIDIA GTX 980 | NOCTUA NH-L9i | GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI | KINGSTON 120GB V300

CM STORM QUICKFIRE TK | BENQ XL2420TE | ROCCAT SAVU | FRACTAL DEFINE R4

SVP can go to whatever refresh rate your monitor can handle. so I can watch videos at (interpolated) 144hz
