Team Fortress 2. I've never played LoL or Dota 2, but they seem popular.

Well, it depends. L4D2 is free sometimes on Steam. They do it like once or twice a year.

as a free weekend or actually free, once you get it its your forever? Because the only time i can think of them doing that was for portal (2?) And that was like 2010
