There is no such thing. It differs from chip to chip. Put the voltage on manual and put it on 1.3V. Then go as high on the frequency as you can without the system being unstable. Try 4.4Ghz first and start from there. Remember to keep temps low enough

Overclocking is very simple, don't forget to stress test the CPU though to check temps. I personally wouldn't let it go above 80c.

I would like to overclock a liquid cooled 4770k (with h100i) with a msi z87 gaming ac, would someone like to give me the best overclock settings for me to copy?

put it to 4ghz by raising multilier raise until unstable then add volts and repeate

Hint, don't go past 1.3Vcore for now. Anything above that will get you close to zero performance gain with the extra MHz you MIGHT get. Also, once you have a stable clock speed, try lowering your voltage again to the absolute lowest you can go without losing your overclock. This will reduce heat and also be good practice ;)
