You do not need more RAM whatsoever unless you intend to host a pretty large minecraft server or regularly use content creation software. If you do not do either of these then get yourself a nice 240/256GB SSD.

Uhh 120 = 850 PRO

250 = 850 pro/840 EVO

I'd rather get the 840 250GB solution as I have it and I'm not seeing any issues with it.

There has been a bug that decreases performance over time, but I'm not seeing any degrading over the last 3 months.

The firmware patch is also out anyways so the 840 is a solid solution.

But those sexy 3-D VNANDs though...

You don't need more ram, unless you are running a load of virtual machines or something that eats ram as long as you are currently not topping it out you wont notice it much. An ssd however is like mana sent from the gods!

Try to get the biggest size you can, 120 is ok, its useable however as has happened to me you install windows and then a game or so and you are struggling for space. so at least a 240gb is recommended.

I'd get a new GPU(970, or 290 and above) or an SSD(Crucial Mx100, Samsung 850pro, samsung 840evo, intel 730, Kingston 3k, ect) imho til you have a X99 *or similar X- intel platform* you shouldn't need more than 8GB of RAM...

As others have said you don't "need" more RAM, 8GB is plenty for most cases. I would go with an SSD. Or you could get a better cooler (if you're using stock or something) and overclock your 4770k, it is unlocked after all.

But yeah, a 250gb SSD would be your best upgrade IMO.
