I would like to know the productivity performance of that chip(time it takes to render something in blender), how many program it can open at a time, and will it bottleneck not high end gpu, but above average gpu.

hey it will bottleneck high end but slower than a i5 in everything but streaming

Rendering time completely depends on the thing you render. It can take from 0 seconds to 10 years depending what it is.

 

All CPUs can open as many programs at a time as you want, it just depends how long it will take.

 

And yes it will bottleneck any GPU above a 750ti by about 5-20% performance depending on the game.
