I'm running my 3570k at 4.2 at 1.16v. With automatic software like OC genie you'll never achieve optimal settings, it's up to you to play with the settings.

Yep with auto OC you will almost always have too much voltage, just tweak it you self and watch some vids and learn about it. or ask more here :)

I haven't tested the stability test for long time yet but it seems to me that it's pretty stable @4.3 GHz with 1.14 V

Now I don't think the motherboard has enough power delivery to CPU for frequency higher than 4.3. I went all the way up to 1.165 V for 4.4 GHz but still didn't POST

And for temps finally I'm getting around 30 to 36C idling,

and when I did stress test for a short while it went up to around 50 to 58C with my Noctua NH-U12P.

I wanted to try and get it up to 4.5 but I guess this is the limit

I'm at 1.225v at 4.55 Ghz. The RAM is also slightly upclocked without voltage increase. Stable. I used to run 5.06Ghz but that involved unsynchronized cores (my third core gets a lot hotter than 1,2 and 4 so I had it at 4.8) and also I had to step the RAM down to 1333mhz, after a while I decided to roll back to a more kosher setting.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

does anyone get BSoD? because i tries ocing to 4.3GHz at 1.145V and it booted up, but 30 minutes later it BSoD came up and i just had to go back to the on board button OC. and any voltage higher then that would not POST at all

If you're getting bsod errors then you're not stable. Dial it back.

I did. with the onboard OC button that's integrated with my motherboard is actually the most stable right now.

and now i really don't want to try anything else other than that.

1.145 is actually undervolted, I'm pretty sure the default voltage for that chip is 1.2, so there's a fairly good chance with your manual OC you're not getting enough power.

The OC button with auto settings will pretty much always give more voltage than is necessary.

This is a great video for learning how to adjust voltage to suit your OC. Watch it once the whole way through before you fiddle with any settings

so before messing with the settings, i want to make sure that the turbo is disabled, right?

when i lower the voltage of the vcore, would the system not boot at all if the voltage is too low?

You'll POST most likely, but Windows will either BSOD while booting, BSOD shortly after, or BSOD when stress testing.
