PCIE Extender?

Go to solution Solved by LemonSpice,

you your GPU has a blackplate, id would use velcro or double side tape and stick it to the side of the case, BUT DONT DARE IF YOU DONT GOT NO BACKPLATE

listen you could short it if your card has no backplate use zipties to hang it somewhwere

I have a gtx 560Ti that I purchased but the case is way too small, should I cut into the case and use a pcie extender to fit the card? Will this damage performance at all? My current card is the g210, which is 5 years old. I am NOT buying a new case!! I will be building my own PC in the future, maybe 5 months, but getting a 970 for that.

I was thinking of getting after market fans, I will have a look at the h440, it looks pretty good. Thanks for all the help, greatly appreciated :)
