If it was possible for the game to be modded I would love to see someone link a microphone to your game so if you sneeze in real life the alien will hear it. Or put something like that in game, sneezing and coughing. Tripping maybe or something like that. Obviously you should be able to turn these things off.

Maybe if it was added to a higher difficulty setting? That would make it interesting to say the least, especially if it was "spontaneous" in occurrence.

I think that at least the PS4 version has that, doesn't the PC version have that as-well?
