mouse problems

so my problem is my computer wont let me left click on certain things like origins, blizzard launcher etc.. its not the mouse cause i tried other mouses and they wont let me left click i searched online and nobody can't seem to solve it so anybody wanna help?

If it makes no sense, it could be virus. Try full scan with all you got.
