I'm a dumbass. Looks good to me. The only thing I would change is the PSU. Change it from NEX 750W to EVGA G2 750W or 850W

This is my final built ,what do you think of it?

That PSU isn't the best. The EVGA G2 is much better.

 

You will have problems with that tall ram and the cooler, as it won't fit under. The BeQuiet will probably cover up the first two ram slots. I would go for low profile ram.
