4ghz overclock club

Here's mine:

NewBitmapImage_zps55d54e2f.jpg

I've been running at this overclock since I built this machine last April. For cooling I'm just using a CM Hyper N 520, Maybe I'll be able to push it further once I get a Noctua like I want to :)

i5-3570k @ 4.6ghz and i5-2500k @ 4.4ghz, i was able to get my 2500k up to 4.8ghz stable but the temps were i bit high for my taste. ill try pushing my 3570k a bit more, i think i can get more out of it, i would prefer to replace my all in one with a kraken x40 on my 3570k rig and use my kuhler 620 on my 2500k

I haven't really been trying, considering it's in a Crosshair V Formula with a H80. I just haven't found a need to bring it up any higher

I got 4.2 GHZ on my Intel 3570K from MSI's OC Genie II then I tried overclocking it myself and to my surprise 4.2 was my highest overclock! Wasn't really satisfied with the batch of 3570K's I got as 4.2 isn't really that much but none the less, at least its overclocked.

I run at 4.6GHz normally just for power saving but I can push mine to 5.5GHz if I dump a load of voltage into it.

Ive had my 3570K at 4Ghz but with auto voltage it was getting a little hot (72c under Intel Burn Test) which made my 212 Evo sound to loud for my liking so i brought it back to 3.8Ghz, does anyone know what voltage i could get away with for 4Ghz ? because i think the Auto Voltage is over doing at a little at 1.18V
Well im not trying to get it that high, just 4Ghz until i get a closed loop or something because i dont like my 212 Evo getting loud, was just wondering what the lowest voltage it could run 4Ghz at, when i get a Custom Loop or better cooler ill see how high it will OC, and i have no idea how to configure LLC because im using a Gigabyte board and have to use the 3D power Control.

I've got my FX-4100 @ 4.2GHz Daily but i can get it up to 4.6GHz but my VRM's get too toasty for my liking.

@ 4.2GHz running F@H for 3+ Hours using both GPU's and my CPU 100% my cpu never goes over 41c Cooled by a H60 (2012 Version in Push-Pull)
