I don't know a lot of games my pc can handle.

Maybe you can help me.

Cpu 3,0 ghz intel

Gpu radeon 5450

Ram 3 GB ddr 2 332 mhz

Minecraft will run decently on that :)

No a lot of modern games, but some old school and 2D games should work fine. Try GOG.com. Plenty of games you can run there.

Portal 2 runs on a lot of machines.
