I'm sure the place you bought them from will have packaged them properly, it's in their best interest because if they arrive DOA then they have to pay for them.

I'm sure you'll be fine mate :)

doubt it, the courier will have delivered parcels in the rain many times, as long as you dont get some idiot leaving it on your door step in the rain

I think ill leave an umbrella and a trash bag out on the step and leave a note telling them to place the boxes in the bag and then under the umbrella.

You think they would do this?

In AUS our biggest retailer wraps all the packages in sticky black plastic (like epic industrial glad wrap) which would practically stand up to scuba diving let alone rain.

You'll be fine.

They'll probably do SOME of what you ask, I'd just leave it to them though, they're probably better at protecting parcels from rain than you'll be able to dream up.

someone courier left a parcel with an i5 and a gtx 670 in it on the door step while i was at work lol. lucky it wasn't stolen tbh. but seriously you really shouldn't worry about it, in the slightest chance of it being damaged on its way to you the courier or online retailer will have to compensate you.

as someone who loads semi trailers.

there is a chance of them getting wet, dropped, smashed, and kicked.

that being said, I got my 30" ips shipped not so properly and it arrived safely.

Will work for electronic components and parts
