How deep of a cleaning do you want?

Blasting it with an air compressor should work for some light to moderate cleaning...

Thorough cleaning would call for disassembling the machine and going over the parts one by one...

It doesn't have to be as clean as possible. I just want a bit better airflow and the old parts to be clean in case I sell them.

Some canned air/compressor and brush should be enough. if you dont have it then maybe simple paper is fine too. For delicate part such as mobo, CPU (dont even think about removing the CPU out of the Mobo), GPU, use brush to brush off the dust gently, or air compressor to blow it off. dont try to use paper with anything that have lines running on it, like the Mobo surface or the back of the GPU. It's best if you can take apart the computer to clean each part separately.
