Hello! So, I am slightly confused, My hard-drive and memory usage are going crazy even when in idle. Also, my cpu goes into about 14% load in idle when it is usually 1-2%. Do any of you know what is going on? thanks! (ps: my temps are fine)

You should do a malware scan on your PC. Probably something bad running in the background, I use malwarebytes to run anti-malware scans:

Like some others already mentioned you might have some kind of mallware that is doing something in the background which is eating up you computing power.

https://www.mallwarebytes.org/ might be able to fix this
