OS: from g2a.com if needed. It is dirt cheap in there. Altough it will exceed budget slightly so if you can save money then you may get cheapest case and RAM or remove SSD from build (worst case scenario).

OP may mentioned those but it is not really necessary because you can fit all those requirements into $900 build with top of the line gaming PC so upgrading wont be a issue for next 3 years.
