I have narrowed my choice to these builds:

Build 1: Intel Pentium G860 dual core @ 3.0 GHz(65 euro)

             Msi hd 7770(102 euro)

             4gb corsair ram(25 euro)

ocz corexstream psu 500w(49 euro) (may just stay with an unknown 450w psu)

             Asrock H61M-VG3(47 euro)

Case and hard drives re used.

Total cost=288 euro(239 euro if i stay with current psu)

Build 2: Phenom ii x4 965 @3.4 ghz(87 euro)

             Msi hd 7770(102 euro)

             4gb corsar ram(25 euro)

             Ocz corexstream psu 500w:(49 euro)

             Asus M5A78L-M LX V2(51 euro)

again case and hard drives re used

Total cost: 314 euro.

Which one should i get? I will be mostly gaming.

AMD build will probably perform a bit better.

Edit: Although that being said if you was to get an Ivybridge  motherboard and then a Sandybridge/Ivybridge Intel Pentium processor immediate performance may not outperform the AMD platform but it does give you the option of upgrading to an I3/I5/I7 at a later date if you have the funds available.

What about getting an AMD FX 4100, 4300 or 4350?  They're in the same price range and use AM3+ boards which will still be compatible with AMD's upcoming steamroller.

Main rig: i7 3770K @ 4.54, Sapphire R9 290, Sabertooth Z77, 16 GB Mushkin Redline 2133, Lian Li PC-P50R, Seasonic 860xp Platinum, Kingston Hyper X 3K 240GB

freeNAS server: AMD Athlon II 170u 20W, 5 x 3TB WD Red in raid-z1 (12 TB)

media centre: AMD A10-5700, crucial M4 (boot), running XBMC,4 x 3TB WD Red, 3 x 3TB WD green + 2TB green in FlexRAID (17 TB)

The fx 4100 is 12 euro more expensive than the phenom ii x4 965 and has worse gaming performance. The other two are then cost 30 euros more than the phenom.

Ya, the x4 965 BE is a beast and it OCs like crazy.  I didn't notice that you already have an AM3+ board selected, so cheers!

Second one.

Do make sure you're getting 2x2gigs for dual channel memory.
