hey im building a gaming pc, i was going to use the i5 4690 https://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54690 but the price went up (from 188-224) should i wait for it to go down? or pick a different cpu? if so which cpu would you recomend? thanks PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONSE

Yeah wait for a sale and it will go down again. Get either the 4690 or 4690k, whichever goes on sale first.

I would definetly go with the k part (4690k) becasue it will give you more "future proofness," and you arent sure what youll do in the future.
