For the motherboard I would go with a m5a97 Evo R2.0

It is slightly more expensive but it has USB 3 front header and better over clocking abilities.

I would also go for an after-market cooler like maybe the Hyper Evo 212 or the H60

Yes you should definitely get an after market cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO.

Psu's a bit high. A cx600 will do--maybe even a 550 but the cx600 will leave room for overclocking.

Disregard the boost for the 7950. Just get the cheapest 7950 with a good cooler and manually overclock it.

Get a Samsung 840 120GB ssd for boot/apps.

Get the cheapest CL9 1600 ram around.

Hey thanks guys...

I was thinking the "GS" version of Crosair is better than the "VS" maybe i'll go for the GS600 form Crosair

Is there anyother cabinet which is better than NZXT Gamma and is priced about 70$ or 3.5kINR

What store are you buying from?

And the VS (or TX version here in the US) is better than the GS version.

Its different in India Check this http://www.flipkart.com/computers/computer-components/power-supply-units/pr?p[]=facets.brand%255B%255D%3DCorsair&p[]=sort%3Dprice_asc&sid=6bo%2Cg0i%2Cqbk

It's an online store.. But i used this only to refer the prices and the product review ..

As far as i know

VS>CM>CX>GS>HX>TX>AX

In order from best to worst, the following is taken from an actual Corsair box that I'm currently looking at as I type this.

AXi > AX > HX > TXM >TX (VS) > GS > CXM > CX
