It's 2^32 bytes = 4294967296 bytes = 4GB

Fool of a took...

It's 4GB as has been said above, but usually when you check system memory it comes out as 3.85 or something like that, as some of the memory is usually taken up for other activities, such as in a laptop with integrated graphics, some of it will be taken to be used by that.
