Nope. Just disable the paging file on the OS drive and enable it on the other drive then restart your machine.

What do you think about it? Should i turn it on , how much or disable it? I am using Windows 8.1, 8GB of ram.

Turn it on, set the value to 512-2048 variable.

You should always have it on. Your RAM needs to defragment at times due to how it works, and it uses the Pagefile for that even if it's not near 100% usage.

Should i set it to both drives ? I have it on on the windows drive. In the other drive i have my games movies and downloads and its disabled.

I would move it to your other drive (not the OS one) so that it doesn't bog down the OS when it has to dump stuff to page file.
