reading through this thread, people over at overclockers.com guided this person through the basics. only other relevant guide I found had a bunch of broken links.

So I want to OC my Sempron 145, but I haven't really found any guides on how to do this. I know the basics of OC'ing, just not how to do it with these chips. Thanks.

Guess so. People have OC'd this chip before (@tmcclelland455 got it to 4.82)

 

my bad, I meant unlocking the 2nd core. on some motherboards its possible.
