Some 15 year old kid on gaming tribe is boasting saying: "I found an old pentium 2 mmx and tried overclocking it the other day. Who would've thunk it, but I got a 223MhZ CPU running at 1.2 GhZ, booted into windows 98 and BSOD before I could screenshot cpu z. Liquid CO2 Is on our side!"

I tried searching for about 30 minutes and couldn't really find anything except people only getting it to go to like 253Mhz.

Carbon Dioxide doesn't come in a liquid form. He was likely thinking of Liquid Nitrogen. It's fake.
