Fan controler 3 pin

i am interested in fan controller that could control 3-pin fans atleast in 3 speeds 5/7/12V i know mod with molex power cable but i am interested in more humain way:D

how many fans? what case?

corsair 200r now i have only 2 and i think wont need more. Max ever will need 4 maybe.

Corsair commander mini. It's pretty new, no real reviews, but it's not to expensive...
