Hello I am looking for a monitor for up to £350/$575
It must be 27inch
It must be good for gaming so it must have a refresh rate at 120 Hz or 144 Hz
It must have a response time or 2 or 1 millisecond
It must be 1080P no higher resolution
I was thinking of this monitor? The BenQ XL2720Z

I was thinking about that but it is not 27inches sadly and i Have the AMD R9 290x

27", 1080p 144hz and GSYNC (EDIT: Oh you use AMD, still useful for the future hey)

 

Although for 1080p I would take a 24" over a 27" as 1080p looks a bit shitty at 27", (1440p is the option for me at 27")

yes people do say that but i have seen 27inch next to 24inch in 1080 same monitors side by side and i only noticed a tiny difference when i put my head right in front of the monitor so i would rather have the 27inch Also i would like 1080p as i like to play most off all of my games at 60fps or more on max settings i have an AMD R9 290x overclocked an I7 3770k Overclocked 16gb of ram. Decent sound card .

With those specs wouldn't you be able to do that at 1440p anyway? I think...?

Skyrim with The Graphics mods i get about 60fps Same in battlefield 4 avg
