As topic suggest, im planing to build a new pc for gaming at 1080p. Budget is around 1250 usd. No need for os, monitor or peripherals. I've a couple of builds in mind. Need some suggestions. I'm into aesthetics so my rig must have a colour scheme going for it. Probably red white and black . One last thing is that i might be buying this around December. So the budget can stretch to around 1500 usd.

Case: i want to be able to mount a dual 120 rad at the top as well as at the bottom of the case. Preferably under 120 dollars. I've gone with the cooler master 690 ii advanced black and white edition. I might mod the window for a full acrylic one.

Cpu : I'm deciding between an i5 3570k and amd fx 8350

I'm using it mainly for gaming and maybe recording game and voip in the future. I'm aiming for a 4.3 overclock on the i5 and 4.7 on the fx

Motherboard: Depending on the cpu, I'm deciding on either the Msi z77 g45 gaming or gigabyte 990fx-a ud3.

Cpu cooler: Again ,aesthetics,so no air cooler. I'm going with swiftech h220. I like It's expandability as i might add another rad and a gpu block later on

Ram: any ddr3 1600 cl9 will do. Preferably w red heatsinks.

Gpu: im looking at a card that is able to be cooled by a full cover water block. Preferably not amd. Heard problems with their frame latency.

Sound card: a pcie x1 slot card preferred. Around 50 dollars

Psu: im looking at thermaltake smart series sp 650

Any suggestions are welcomed. Preferably non modular to prevent running into clearance issues with bottom mounted radiator.

Storage: samsung 840 and wd 1tb black. Any suggestions welcomed.

Get a corsair PSU. As for the gpu, get a GTX 770 Haswell is out next week so you may want to get that.

GPU: For Nvidia i recommend  the GTX 770, great card that performs like a 680 but costs less.

CPU: You can either get a 3570k or wait for haswell, up to you.

Sound card: From what i have seen the onboard audio on recent motherboards is fine, so unless you use a expensive headset/speakers i would say you don't need it.

Go for the 3570k for gaming.

I'm not sure if you want 8gigs or 16gigs.

Here's a good psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371044

Go with caviar blues or seagate barracudas for the hdd. Caviar blacks are a waste of money if you're running an ssd.
