Hello

So I'm to build a pc for my mom. I'm going for mitx as she hates big clunky computers that takes up alot of space.

So my question is, how is the cooling in the streacom fc8b evo? By that I mean the included passive cooling, would it be sufficient in a case such as mine, where it will be crammed under a desk with somewhat limited airflow? It wont be standing in an inclosure of any kind.

I'm thinking of putting an I5 in there with some decent intergrated graphics, as she only uses it for picasa/picaso something like that/ editing and moving pictures about. And of course work and some games of sort. I don't know what but it won't require more than intergrated graphics.

And yes, a passive cooler should work fine in a system like this.

Pentium g3220

fractal node

450w PSU

Asus H97M-Plus

1TB WD Blue

Eric S. Raymond used an E6600 from 2005 until 12/30/14 or open source software creation. Raw data computations in excess of 18GB each. Core 2 Duos still have tons of life left, my friend.
