Surround Gaming Computer (5760*1080), Thoughts?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz (£166.74 @ Aria PC) 
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i  (£78.12 @ Scan.co.uk) - will use four SP120 High Performance PWM fans in P/P (it fits )
Motherboard: MSI Z97M Gaming mATX LGA1150 (£106.76 @ Scan.co.uk) 
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (1866Mhz)  (£131.99 @ Aria PC) 
Storage: Corsair Force LX Series 256GB 2.5" SSD (£88.92 @ Aria PC) 
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM (£71.94 @ Aria PC) 
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB (2-Way SLI)  (£279.56 @ Scan.co.uk) 
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB (2-Way SLI)  (£279.56 @ Scan.co.uk) 
Case: Corsair Air 240 (£69.59 @ Aria PC) - Will use 1 AF120 High performance as case fan. Stock fan for back ( even though its cooling wires!)
Power Supply: Corsair AX760i  (£130.99 @ Novatech) - Possibly a hx750i/850i/1000i instead
Total: £1404.17
 
I will be using 3x 24" monitors, while most would get 60hz monitors I will be acquiring 144hz monitors for my own reasons.

Any particular reason why you have to go with a mini ITX case? it will restrict the airflow quite a bit, especially if you running SLI like this :3

And H100i is kinda old now, get the new H110 or change to X61 which is much better (I still love Corsair Link though, but I think X61 have some similar program as well, not 100% sure though)
