Quietest 240 aio

this is a followup to my h100i thread. What is the quietest 240mm aio that i could get to cool an i5-4690? anywhere under about 75 degrees is ok with me.

AIO aint quiet

 

Only 2 things make noise in an AIO pump and fans. can't change the pump so....

The Cooler Master Seidon 240m with fans at 50%~ is quite quiet.

My Corsair h105 pump makes pretty much no noise so I don't see why people think that AIO pumps are noisy. So all you really need to do is change the fans I'd probably get akasa apaches or noiseblockers

I was running a Corsair H105 and the pump was real quiet, I had silverstone ap121 fans running at 800~850 rpm and it was cooling my FX 9590 with no problems.
