I was wondering what the best FPS improvement with software optimization is. What do you recommend guys?

No magical software will give you better FPS other than Mantle in certain games.

Well, if you want higher performance, and aren't as concerned about graphics, you can lower your settings.

Other than that, you can do driver updates to get the latest version of the drivers, or you can use something like AMD Mantle if the game/video card supports it.
