You need to know that the speeds advertised for USB3.0 are theoretical maximums. It's still dependant on the device and the controllers for the actual speed

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

We have our own WD guy on these forums actually, he might come to the rescue her, but it's going to be limited by the actual drives inside the enclosure. However it seems a bit slow... my new passport drive hits up to 120 MB/s (this is the right way to shorten MegaBytes per second)

On some motherboards the USB 3.0 ports are not stand alone ports BUT are a USB 3.0 HUB instead, So the ports on the motherboard are restricted on their bandwidth.

you can try using a different usb 3.0 port or header on the motherboard.
Also if you don't have the correct drivers installed you may not be getting the for 3.0 speed
