my first question is why do poeple get them my second question is whats the difference between wireless and wired other than one is wireless the the other is wired my third question is who makes great wired and wireless adapters my forth question is would i need one if i get the gigabyte z97 gaming 5 and my fifth question is what would you recommend wired or wireless

1. Everything that is attached to the internet uses one

2. Wireless can have higher latency, and slower speeds depending on the adapter

3. Intel makes good ones

4. no you won't need one if you go wired, but you will if you go wireless (don't go wireless for gaming)

5. wired is almost always better, the hard part is getting the wire to the computer without it looking ugly.

Its faster and more reliable! compared to wireless  some one will have to cut the cable to phisicaly disconnect you.

For Wired adapters intel  but i just buy cheep tp-link suff some times.  they all work

 

your gaming 5 bord comes with a NIC on it so just use that.

 

I allways use wired unless i realy have to use wireless
