The evga acx cooler could be on this list but its price is crazy, it changes between £25-£50 every week

 

the hyper 212 is great but its old and technology has improved, it is beaten by many coolers.

+1 for the ARCTIC 13. I've heard great reviews on that

Its a pretty nice cooler and mounting is easy, first time i used it i thought i must of messed up as it was too quick.
