It's not out yet but Albion Online is looking like a great casual game. My only worry is there payment model but we will see when it is released.

Minecraft with a large modpack like the yogscast complete pack is a fun, low-paced casual game. Seriously ought to give it a try.

Starcraft 2 is a great casual game, you'll have hours of fun in the multiplayer section
