There will always be a bottleneck. Your PC is only as powerful as it's weakest component.

The 4690K and 750Ti are a decent match, allowing you to upgrade the GPU in the future. However, there's not much point in having a K CPU on the H97 chipset.

What  said.  You can't overclock on H97.  If you want to buy a 4690k, then you should be getting a Z97 board.  If you really want H97, then you should get the 4690 (non-k) CPU.

The 750Ti is a decent intro card, and it won't be CPU restricted.  If you want better gaming performance, spend some more money on the GPU.

your GPU is BY FAR your limiting factor in games if you go with that CPU...the 750ti is quite weak.

what cpu are you using ATM?

As much as people might bash the 750ti, it works.  I have one in my school/LAN rig (with a 4690k), and it plays all the latest games, albeit not at max settings.  It gives you decent performace.  You could certainly do much better on the GPU front, but if you don't have a lot of cash, it may make sense to upgrade the CPU/Mobo instead.

I don't know my AMD cpus though, so hopefully i_build_nanosuits can help you decide whether it's worthwhile.

depending on the type of games you play the AMD 4130 may be the problem but on most modern games i'm pretty sure you are GPU limited...are you playing at 1080P?

For those games, you definitely want an Intel processor.  WoW, and WoT especially benefit from strong cores.  They are also not terribly demanding games in terms of graphics, so a 750Ti is going to do well for those games, although not Ultra in others.  Keep the 750Ti, it is a great GPU considering its price and power requirements.  In the future your GPU is the next thing you should upgrade, but only if you are unsatisfied with your performance.  The 750Ti will play all games, just not at the highest settings.

Buy an i5 and pair it with a Z97 motherboard so that you get the option to overclock in the future if you ever desire, which will increase the useful life of your system.

i run 30 fps wot tough but still 60 is way better(ultra graphics ) in teh future where games will need better specs i think i can get a 290x or 760

gigabyte GA-78MT-S2P

I'd try to sell your AMD online and purchase a new intel kit, if money is really tight i'd suggest core i5-4440 with H81 motherboard and if you could spend some more i5-4590 with H97 board and if money is not a problem i'd go with i5-4690K and Z97 board.

BUT, you will still not see that much of a boost in regards to gaming in modern games (crysis, metro, battlefield, far cry...) cause in those games you are severely limited by the 750ti.

If you can afford it the i5-4440 + H81 + R9 280X GPU would be really nice..

This would be somewhat cheap but very effective upgrade for gaming, THAT would deliver the performance you wan't i'm sure:

Do you have at least a good 500W PSU or more?

Could even go with that:
