Possible Malware

so today i booted up my computer for the first in a week and avast tells me i have an extension with a bad rep so i used the avast cleaner to remove it (because i didnt see it in chrome). I then checked my task manager and i have new tasks appearing that i never saw before. 

 

unsecapp.exe with process description sink to receive asynchronous callbacks

pximouse.exe

and spoolerprinter(just checked seems to be linked to a print error i had last week when i accidentally clicked print and didnt have a printer installed)

 

i scanned with malwarebytes(with pup dection on in safe mode) and now with avast in windows should i be concerned

 

 

also the reason i am concerned is because avast picked up a skyrim mod Skyrim alt+tab mouse fix as a virus

i've never heard of that also i already ended the tasks in the manager would it still work

It's a thing my PC teacher showed me, it kills background harmful processes that don't show up in task manager.

it doesnt show anything just that windows defender is off which is what happens when you install malwarebytes

Use adwcleaner or malwarebytes

i did run malwarebytes 

 

also i restarted and after that the tasks appeared again, also i noticed another one called runtime broker what is that
