PC wont boot with mouse connected.

Hi all

 

My PC gets stuck and wont boot up whenever I have my new mouse connected, the mouse is a Logitech G600 the PC specs are listed below and it just gets stuck on code 64 on the debug LED, any ideas how to fix it other than unplugging my mouse then plugging it back in every time I use it?

Is there a fast boot option enabled in the BIOS? If so, disable it and your problems may be fixed. I had a similar problem, and that solved it.
