Here's my partpicker build, also note that it's a build complete with peripherals and all (it's also the PC that want and don't actually have). Just wondering what your guys think about the power of this build in the small form factor of the Deepcool Steam Castle case. Thank for reading!

here's the version without the peripherals and monitor.... :D

unless your overclocking I would go for a 212 Evo

would go for a cheaper WD drive

would go for an 840

no need for the extra fans

would go for a hyperX cloud

use saved money to get a better mobo/cpu

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I personally dont care about peripherals, just the headset. Have in mind that u are spending more on your keyboard than on your PSU/MOBO/Storage (not all together)

The graphics card with its custom cooling and the cpu with the h60 dont requiere more fans, i would not buy them

regarding monitors i have no idea.. cant help with that

Not sure how to reply to specific posts so I'll just try and reply to all of you in one go. As far as the graphics card choice I went with the R9 295x2 simply because I wanted dual crossfire (or SLI) solution that could run in a Mini ITX motherboard that only has a single PCI-16 slot, but I didn't want to throw 3,000$ at a Titan Z especially due to the fact that in games these cards seem to perform about the same, but the Radeon comes with stock liquid cooling and half of the price tag (actually one third of the price tag right now because of the "temporary" price cut). I also chose this card because it seems to be quieter than anything else that Radeon has to offer. Also considering that even a 780ti costs around 700$ while the dual gpu R9 295x2 costs 1000$, it just seems like a better decision to me.

The h60 water cooler is mostly because I don't really know what all in one cooling solution is best (I would need one that simply has the single 120mm radiator for this case), and I simply know more about making your own loop than I do about the statistics of premade loops. So in short if you know of a better single slot radiator I'm all ears, I simply just didn't do much research and people seemed to be happy about this cooler so I figured it should perform well with a 4790k.

As far as the drives go, I chose to stay away from Western Digital simply because (and this may be an isolated case) while everyone seems to recommend them, they seem to be the ones I've seen having problems more than any other HDD manufacturer I've seen when it comes to seeing them in person. Aside from that the reason I chose Samsung specifically is simply because I'm a fan of their products, and nothing I have gotten from them so far has ever decided to die on me. Reliability is always a plus.

As far as the extra fans go, I was replacing the fans more because I wanted something quiet more than I wanted something that could provide extra performance (seeing as the cpu is and gpu are both cooled by radiators I wouldn't have to worry too much about heat within the case. The Coolermaster is simply the quietest 220mm fan I could find (didn't really care much about how it looked cause you wouldn't really see it anyways, the LED was nice however because I think you'd be able to see the light when looking through the case's window. Which is fun :D). The noctuas (though I think they really should offer more colors) are to replace the stock radiator fans (I wanted noctuas because they were going to be mounted in a place that probably won't be easy to spot anyways, and they have great static pressure which is good for pairing with radiators). Lastly, the Bequiet fans are simply there to fan out the rest of the case and not look as dreadfully clashy as the noctuas as and at least one of them would be in a very noticeable spot within the case. Other than that they are simply very quiet, and silent is good.

As far as the tiamat headset, I just really wanted a great surround sound headset and I'm a big fan of razer products. And for the keybaord I wanted the Switchblade UI and that's the only place to get it other than getting their high priced gaming laptop (:C), but hey multicolor lighting and chiclet keycaps have always been a plus for me (if only someone put chiclet keycaps on a mechanical keyboard, that would be beautiful .... ).  :C

So yeah, those are the reasons I chose these particular parts and how I came to want this setup for my build. I wasn't just choosing expensive parts, I was simply trying to both push a Micro ITX case and a Mini ITX board to their limits all while keeping it whithin the confines of being a gaming machine and not a video editing or screen-casting machine (if I wanted to use it for these purposes I would have built it completely differently, ie the 4790k wouldn't even be considered).

So yeah, those are my many many reasons for choosing these parts and thanks again for reading! :D
