I get the Intel i5-4670k 3.4GHz with the ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5?

Can someone also recommend me a motherboard? I cannot seem to find one with a 5 star rating and I'm looking for everything to be perfect because this will be my very first build and I'm not even that tech savvy, but I'm going to learn. I'm going to be using an ATX full tower.

I originally was going to get that MSI motherboard, but when I dug into reviews people said the bios was confusing and the Killer LAN and ethernet stuff was whacked out.

A lot of people that use a new BIOS will say it's confusing up until you figure it out. Killer LAN works unless you try to fiddle with it. Most of the time.

Does that board have built in wireless? I don't have the ability to be next to my modem do to the set up in my house. I was looking at the specs and I don't think it does, or does that require  I buy wireless card? Sorry for these dumb questions

I personally would not recommend wireless for anything other than light web browsing. It has the bad effect of creating random high ping spikes. But of course, your milage may vary, but an Ethernet cable is always preferable unless you are close to a dual band AC router. At least this is my opinion.

I have an MSI Z87 GD65. It s a great MB. The only things I hate/miss: I miss built in wifi (i bought a cisco usb wifi receiver) and killer e2200 works until you try to upgrade or reinstall. It drove me crazy for quite some time. The driver on MSI site doesnt seem to work properly, the one on killer site also. It s a strugle to get it working. I really dont remember what I did to fix it.

But other than that it s a great MB. Plus it has dual bios which allready saved my ass once :)

Oh and about the BIOS being confusing....at first maybe a bit, but you get used to it quite fast. At least I did.

I fully agree with you, the problem is that our modem is located in the basement and I do not want to run a cord through the house or drill a hole through my house.
