h100I problem

Go to solution Solved by airdeano,

verify software to Corsair Link Software Update Release Candidate Version 2.7.5339 (08/2014)

shutdown system, unplug H100i USB header, restart system, shut system down.

reconnect H100i USB header, repower system, retest.

still failed, shut system down, unplug H100i USB header, restart system, remove

corsair link (delete all profiles) and power down (allow power to drain off and kill

onboard cache). restart, install 2.7.5339 software (it'll not find unit). power down,

reconnect H100i USB header and repower system and retest.

another is to make sure windows has all the latest updates to .NET

I'm sorry. =/ I don't know the fix because I never bothered using my corsair link software.

then convey that to the OP, leaving it open-ended and vague will show no hope to

OP as there are many with 8.1 running H100i with no issues.

did it ask you for updating the latest firmware?
