Canker Sores are a pain.

Yes yes they are. Brush you teeth more and use mouthwash, especially before bed it'll will really help heal them up.

I had to google it as I didn't know the term for it in English and that's disgusting. Keep up your personal hygiene, brush your teeth, use mouth wash if you have to. If it doesn't help in 3-4 days, go see a doctor or better yet do it straight away.

You probably want to make sure it's not oral herpes just in case...you never know. You don't have to have sex to have them, you can get them from your parents.

I did. He checked the sores in my mouth and said that they are indeed canker sores, most likely caused by stress. 

Sores with a grey center, and slightly red ring around the grey center. I just found out the one on my lip is almost done healing but now I've got one growing next to my molar. Fffffffff

You probably want to make sure it's not oral herpes just in case...you never know. You don't have to have sex to have them, you can get them from your parents.

I don't think you can get oral herpes from kissing ponies.

Oral herpes can develop on the outside of the mouth, fortunately for me, they're not oral herpes. Again, doctor checked.

That's rare if it doesn't burst or get painful. Most of the time, they get horrendously expensive   painful.

You don't know how much it will hurt. When you have a full set of teeth, it's painful not trying to bite down and bite on the sore, which just ends in crying in pain.
