The Best Gaming Mouse?

taiyuba

I am looking into a new mouse. I bought the Razer Deathadder 2013 Edition about 1 year ago (lol). The Deathadder is having a malfunction in where it double clicks the left mouse button when I only click once. This has started to make games unplayable for me, such as CS:GO. What mice do you guys recommend? Price isn't a problem.

I recommend going into an actual store that has gaming mice and hold them before buying.

Lots of Razer products have mulfunctions and issue. Avoid that brand in the future.

Anyway, I would recommend the M65. I have it and I love it. The aluminium 'chassis' inspires confidence in the build quality too.

Logitech G502 FTW

The only down side to the Logitech G502 is that you can't change the colour, otherwise it is amazing.

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

I have the razer Taipan and love my settings on it.  My worry is if I go with another mouse.. can I achieve the same, similar, or better settings.  I am not a razer fanboy but I do believe that the settings are accurate but delicate in the User Interface menu (does that make sense?lulz).

The downside is that the mouse is buggy as hell.  I think it is the razer synapse software.  You have to plug your mouse/keyboard in and out everytime you start your computer for them to work and not stutter.  If you can deal with this then go with razer...lol. If not try something else.

I keep reading people suggesting these Corsair mice.  Are they really awesome or what?  And, I probably will get a new keyboard too.  Getting tired of the Razer junk not working.

yeah i like it a lot but im not really a fan of the ambidextrous shape though because i palm grip mice

also i think that is more of a software issue than a hardware issue, but im not really sure what could cause this

Logitech: G400s, G402, G502

Corsair: M40, M45

Mionix: Naos 7000, Avior 7000

SteelSeries: Rival, Kana v2

That's just some of the optical mice with so called "flawless" sensor. It would help to know more about your preferences (grip style, how many buttons you want, lighting yes/no/rgb, etc.).

I have heard about the Corsair mice, but I also heard they have a major problem with the sniper button. Reviewers have said that they mis-click the sniper button, or that the sniper button is too far. Btw, it would be nice to have customizable features, like weights or RGB lights. Nothing from Razer though. I've had two products that malfunctioned on me. I have heard that Corsair is making an RGB mouse and fixed the sniper button placement.
