SSD maybe a 2nd 6970? here they're cheap and 2 of them offers about the same perf as 270x x-fire

The only thing I would upgrade is the graphics card to an R9 270/GTX 750 Ti on low budget, R9 280x/285/GTX 760 on medium budget and R9 290/GTX780 on high budget. The choice depends on whether you prefer green or red team really. I would pick the 280X over the 285 though because the extra GB of VRAM is fantastic. I wouldn't CF the 6970 unless you are on a REALLY tight budget because a stronger single card is always better than CF weaker card.

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Get an SSD and a more up to date GPU.

I would go with this, an SSD is so much better than an HDD ( once you go SSD you will never go back :) )

And definitly a GPU, like @Archangel1994 said, depending on your price range and prefernce between NVIDIA/AMD your choices are many.

Ryzen 7 5800X3D , Arctic Liquid Freezer  III , Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite , Corsair Vengeance 32GB , Gigabyte RTX 5070Ti ,  WD SN850 / MP44L

Corsair RM 850x, LIAN LI Lancool 207
