I had this in a random .txt file on my desktop and never finished it really so yall get a half finished i switched!

Edit: had it since the

7/14/14

iSwitched One Plus One (From a IOS user)

OPO = One Plus One (makes life easyer for me :))

Background,

So i have been a IOS user all my life (Not that long) and i just recently decided i was tired with my old-slow Iphone 4s. So i was saving up for a new phone. The One Plus One looked

very appealing to me so i decided to save funds for that. Then i hit a wall. It was impossible to get a invite, but lucky @_ASSASSIN_ was kind enough to send me an invite for a 64gb

Sanstone black Model.

Getting the device

It shipped quite fast to me (mostly because I was close to their distribution point in California), I actually didn't think it was the OPO when i first got the package as it came in

one of those cheap bubble wrapper things, Besides that the packageing on the device is Apple level. Nice clean box and a fun un-boxing experience.

There are two boxes that come with it, the charger box and the phone box. Both using thick nice matte white paper, IE amazeballs box

My first reaction when i took the OPO out of the box was "HOW BIG OF A PHONE DID I BUY?!?!?"

That reaction didn't last for long as i quickly adjusted for the size of it and have fallen in love with the nice large screen.

Setup Issues;

When I got it up and running it was all working great :) well besides Cellular Data on AT&T.

So i called up AT&T and asked them why it wasnt working, The Customer support was extremely helpful and got it working right away,

The problem was that the data plan for a iPhone and a "smart phone" aka a android is different? No idea why but after the lady switched it over the sim card when right up and got

me that nice 4g speeds :D

Battery life

Well i dont think compareing it to my iphone 4s is fair but it blows it out of the water Easly a full day use of it.

Review;

OPO feels super sturdy in my hand doesnt have any flex to it, back of the phone feels awesome super fast doesnt studder

i have no idea what to compare it to because i had a potato phone

Complaints;

With that large of a screen why cant i have two apps multitasking together like the note series?

The dedicated home back and menu buttons on the bottom of the device are barely visible with their super dim LEDS, This is not a issue for people who prefer on screen buttons :)

Y android no show app bubbles for amount of notifications.

y no optical image stabalazation?

TLDR; Android as a software is meh OPO as a phone is amazeing, Might go back to IOS with the releace of the Iphone 6 :P

I am a happy wuffy

You quoted wrong just FYI. Great review, but what's making you wanna go to an iPhone 6?

I like how ios tells me about stuff (ie notifications) beter than android, But that might be solved when i get a smartwatch to go with it.

i already have that checked...

it shows the number of notifications you have per app

personally I like how the notifications are in android than in iOS, I just don't like how some apps take advantage of it and make this non-removable notifications (ie steam)
