Which of these 4 motherboards should i get?

The MSI is awful; you shouldn't overclock on it.

The Asrock isn't well designed, especially when it comes to the power phases.

The Gigabyte and Asus ones are both pretty good. They appear to have good power phases.

What site are you looking at and what is your budget? You seem to have a rather limited selection of boards...

Generally speaking, most boards are fine given they support the features you need, there's nothing really anything special that either board offers over the other, with the exception of small things like more expansion slot of the G45 and such. Both would be reasonably decent for overclocking (not amazing, but good enough) and unless you require a specific feature that one offers, I'd go with the one that's cheaper really.
